This section is especially designed for kids!  The outdoor world is an exciting place to explore. This area will provide kids pages to learn about the habitat at the Windham Land Trust properties and provide a place for kids to share. 

 

The Games Page has interactive crossword puzzles with clues to name Maine animals and birds. There are also a couple Maine Animal Word Searches that can be a nice challenge! If you like riddles, you can test your knowledge of Maine Animals. Go to the Riddles Page and read each description and try to guess the critter!

 

The Writing Page is filled with poems about nature. Student artists submitted wonderful drawings of Maine animals for the Artwork Page. The Photo Gallery includes pictures of trips to The Black Brook Preserve.  The Photography Page is a place to showcase student photographs of nature. Check out the pages and submit work of your own!
